We will focus on the technical review questions used to evaluate proposals by the national committee, and discuss setting up peer review writing groups. Students who cannot attend the more general information session on January 28 are welcome to attend this session, but please read about the DDRA program, http://fellowships.international.wisc.edu/fulbright-hays-doctoral-dissertation-research-abroad/.

Applicants to the Fulbright-Hays DDRA must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
