Boren Awards for International Study information sessions

Boren Scholarships (for undergraduate students) and Fellowships (for graduate students) provide unique funding opportunities for U.S. students to study less commonly taught languages in world regions critical to U.S. interests, and underrepresented in study abroad, including Africa, Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Eurasia, Latin America, and the Middle East.

Boren Undergraduate Scholarship Information Session
Dates: Thursday, September 15
Time: 3:00 – 4:00 PM
Location: 54 Bascom Hall

Boren Graduate Fellowship Information Session
Dates: Thursday, September 15
Time: 4:00 – 5:00 PM
Location: 54 Bascom Hall

A representative from the Boren Scholarship/Fellowship office will be on campus to present these information sessions. Students can come to learn important information about the scholarship/fellowship programs including the application process for UW-Madison students.

Please note that students applying to either the Boren Undergraduate Scholarship or Graduate Fellowship need to apply by the UW-Madison campus application deadline: December 2, 2016.
